People Announces Hottest Bachelor's List

Who really makes this list and why didn't they ask us our opinions on who should be in the list or not? I mean half the list looks like retro Backstreet Boys! They all look like they are super young! I mean, I'm not a cougar, but I am not instead in guys my age based on their current mentaliy, right? Some MochaMen, Common and Dwayne Johnson, made the list, but the representation from the Mochas was slim!
